Founded by Jean Touitou in 1987, A.P.C. is an authentic French label accessible by design, price and outlook. Initially the label was popular for a very classic, raw denim jean, but now includes a full collection of clothing and accessories for men and women, which embodies an effortless cool. A.P.C. stands for Atelier de Production et de Création. As in the name, the creation and production are equally important. Without the production, the creation is just an idea. And without the creation, a garment has no soul. The studio and atelier are based in Paris but A.P.C. has an international outlook. It is sold around the world with 65 own-brand stores in cities that include Paris, New York, L.A., London, Sydney, Hong Kong, Berlin and Tokyo.
