The brand creates drinks that are as delicious as comforting, rich in marine collagen sourced from responsible fishing in Europe. Ideal for the change of season, the concept was created by Amandine Fornot, whose holistic approach has won over many followers. Combining nutrition, aesthetic technologies and biohacking, 48 Collagen Café is setting up in the department store until the 8th of April! Its concept? An “enhanced” café where indulgence meets well-being. Smoothies, adaptogenic lattes, functional waters and other exclusives in Samaritaine yellow tones designed for the health of your skin will be available on the ground floor of the department store, alongside LED mask sessions and events.
