Accessibility statement

Samaritaine is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

State of compliance

Samaritaine is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-conformities and exemptions listed below.

Test results

The initial audit (52.78% compliance rate) of RGAA 4.1.2 compliance carried out by the LVMH Accessibility Centre and then updated by the website development team following the corrections made reveals that:

  • 88.89% of the RGAA 4.1.2 criteria are met.
  • The average compliance rate for the site is 95.61%.

Derogations for disproportionate burden

Example: The archives of municipal council meeting minutes up to 2010 are in PDF image format. However, it is possible to request a text copy by email.
